For OEM/ODM projects, our MOQ typically ranges from 300 to 500 units per style per color. This varies based on material availability and manufacturing complexity. For high-end genuine leather products, we can often discuss lower volumes.
Can you develop samples based on a sketch or a reference photo?
Yes, our internal R&D team specializes in transforming concepts into reality. We can work from hand-drawn sketches, reference images, or detailed Tech Packs. Sample lead time is usually 7-14 business days.
Do you provide material sourcing and custom hardware services?
Absolutely. We offer a vast library of materials including PU, eco-leather, premium canvas, and recycled nylons. We also provide custom hardware molding, electroplating in various finishes (gold, nickel, gunmetal), and logo embossing/engraving.
What quality control standards do you follow?
We implement a 4-point inspection system: Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials, In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) during assembly, Final Quality Control (FQC) before packaging, and Outgoing Quality Assurance (OQA) before shipment. We comply with REACH, RoHS, and ISO9001 standards.
